Salary USD $4000/ month (tax free) + benefits.
With an excellent reputation for managing international fashion, footwear, accessories brands, this regional retail group is now expanding a key brand across the Gulf and seeking an experienced Brand Manager from a fast fashion background to play a key role in the further development of this important brand for the group.
• Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading the sales & profitability of your brand throughout the Gulf region
• In conjunction with the General Manager you will plan the annual budget per store within the brand
• Overall responsibility for sales, profit, stock loss, expenses & costs (wages)
• Work in line with the International Principal partner on new season merchandise marketing / promotional material
• Provide effective leadership to your store operations team / Area Manager
• Travel overseas to the brand Principal for seasonal “buys” and building the merchandise range / forecast
• Evaluate local market competition and analyse pricing strategies / markdowns etc.
• Provide guidance to your team on visual merchandise / brand integrity.
• Minimum of 4 Retail Experience in Fashion (ladies or kids) to a Brand Manager level
• Previous experience of managing a Brand including Merchandise Buying, Store Operations & Principle relationships
• A strong understanding and passion in following fashion trends. High energy with enthusiastic approach to your team’s success.
• Proven ability to manage a retail budget, sales versus targets and high achievement of results against forecasts
• Strong people management, training, recruitment and performance management skills
• Multi site or Area Management experience in overseeing multiple store locations is essential
• Ability to travel regularly within the Gulf and overseas as required
